@atlasliddell It’s like the one time I won’t be getting the collectors edition. The trinkets don’t interest me, the steelbook is okay but not stellar. The box it all comes in doesn’t feel like great design work. The statue is 90% dino head, which isn’t my cup of tea. No exclusive DLC, etc.

@JadenOfAtlantis Honestly, I agree. I love Rise and Shadow as games, but the story was basically a detour after 2013. We reached the same destination either way, and aside from references you probably wouldn’t know you missed anything.

@65R0WDY @Odablock Yeah, I didn't have that done either, but the place I went to often does a zig-zag. It's a subtle way to break up the straight line look, and I've seen loads of good results with it! Maybe something to look into if you're curious. The photo above looks way too steep though imo

@merychxrry I wish people wouldn't try to comb through everything and claim it's AI. These renders are clearly not that. It just looks like a preset pose for all outfit renders. It's not uncommon.

@JesuisJanice They’re all the same model. It’s just different lighting, hair rendering, etc. It can change the look more than some think! It’s not impossible that some clips come from differing game builds too!

@LaraCrxft It’s ridiculous because everyone is jumping to assumptions lol. We don’t know when, how, or by who it was used.

For example, if it were an assistive coding agent to prototype early feature ideas, then I wouldn’t see an issue.

Every time a new game is announced, people scramble to come up with the worst takes possible. They're desperate for engagement, and I've become numb to it. I no longer react to anything. I just go back to playing my backlog.
