🇺🇸🇾🇪 The Houthis fought two U.S. carrier strike groups to a standstill, and former CIA analyst Larry Johnson says nobody in Washington has fully processed what that means.

Johnson joined the show once more, blunt as ever:

"The Houthis went up against two carrier strike groups, for God's sake. And they won. We declared victory, we declared that the Houthis capitulated.

On whether walking away from the Strait of Hormuz the way the U.S. walked away from the Red Sea would actually be catastrophic, he didn't think so, just humiliating:

He traced the deeper problem back to supply chains no one planned for:

Meanwhile the Chinese and Russians are launching things that go Mach 15 and are still maneuverable."

American analysts keep getting outmaneuvered, and Larry's read was less about weapons and more about mindset:

"You've got to step back and put yourself in the shoes of the other person, understand how they see the world.

If you pretend they see it the way you do, that's a fatal error."
