@virginmedia Thank you for the quick reply. That's not what support advised (proof available) - that final payment would be a pro-rata of £48.49, no mention that the July DD would't be taken. Could I suggest this is fed back and the process reviewed as this could cause customer detriment.

@virginmedia I'm currently in my 30 notice period following cancellation, with disconnection on August 10th. Why did you not take the DD payment in July as usual (DD is still active) and why are you billing me for a period after my connection will have been terminated?
