• Major Dewey Fournet, then deeply involved in the Pentagon's UFO investigation, sends material to ATIC/Project Blue Book that had originated with the Office of Naval Research and reached the Air Force through OSI.

• The memorandum explicitly records:
“the Townsend Brown Foundation was brought to their attention by Major General V. E. Bertrandias”
after Bertrandias personally visited the Foundation.

• It then states that Bertrandias “saw a model of a ‘flying saucer’”and spoke with Townsend Brown and other scientists, who said they had been working on the project for 20–25 years.

• This isn't Townsend Brown claiming that a general visited him decades later. It is a contemporaneous October 1952 USAF intelligence memorandum recording the visit. Bertrandias evidently thought what he saw sufficiently interesting to bring it to official attention.

• The Air Force didn't merely throw the information away. Fournet formally transmitted the ONR material to ATIC “for your information and retention.” There were also two enclosures: Report of the Office of Naval Research & a Dun & Bradstreet credit rating

• That second item is interesting in itself. Someone wasn't merely evaluating Brown's physics; the government was apparently performing some degree of due diligence on the organisation/business.

• The major unresolved question is what exactly Bertrandias saw. The memo calls it a model “flying saucer”, but that does not establish an antigravity vehicle. Brown's demonstrators could generate thrust through high-voltage electrohydrodynamic effects.

• So, why hasn't PURSUE released the complete ONR enclosure that accompanied page 85 and establish whether it describes Bertrandias's demonstration?

Astrocytes in charge? Several recent articles have shown that glial astrocytes and not neurons initiate mood and motivation changes in the brain. Astrocytes don’t have spiking axons, the mainstream view of effector actions. Astrocyte do have many microtubules which are mostly unipolar, as they are in axons but 12% are mixed polarity as they are in neuronal dendrites and soma. (In Orch OR theory mixed polarity microtubules are proposed to generate interference waves leading to slower frequencies and holographic representation.)

Congratulations to Sir Roger Penrose and colleagues from Oxford, Ulm and Ben-Gurion Negev Universities for experiments linking Einstein’s gravity with quantum mechanics. They proved equivalence theory which extends spacetime curvature to tiny quantum scales, as Penrose predicted. With larger superpositioned masses they can test Penrose Objective Reduction at times t=h/E, also proposed as the origin of consciousness. Preparations for those experiments are underway.

Human surveillance can include not only official law enforcement personnel, but also civilians on commercial and fishing boats who can be deputized to conduct surveillance or simply compensated for any reports they voluntarily submit about PRC activities near their location.

-Find and covertly remove or sabotage sensors, submarine navigation beacons, and other devices that the PRC places underwater east of Taiwan.

-Reinforce undersea communications cables that the PRC may try to sabotage.

-File arbitration petitions and lawsuits with international bodies, such as the UN, to challenge PRC actions. These filings must be done by nations other than Taiwan, because Taiwan lacks representation in the UN and most other international organizations.

-Publicize PRC gray zone activities east of Taiwan, including confrontations with non-PRC ships in the region. Propagate the (accurate) narrative that these activities represent PRC expansionism into foreign waters.

-Publicize the above efforts to the Taiwanese public to counter the PRC-backed narrative that Taiwan is unwilling to defend its waters."

NEW: The People’s Republic of China (PRC) has very likely established a permanent “law enforcement” presence and regularized scientific surveys in the waters east of Taiwan. The PRC deployed two China Coast Guard (CCG) ships to patrol the PRC’s claimed Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) east of Taiwan on June 1. The ships patrolled for over a month in a wide area extending approximately 200 nautical miles east of Taiwanese territory before being relieved by a new pair of CCG ships on July 4. This marked the first time the PRC maintained continuous CCG patrols east of Taiwan, as opposed to infrequent short-duration operations. (1/2)

The journalist says multiple sources have given him that year, along with 2034 and later dates. “Everybody’s telling me we’re on borrowed time.” When he asks about the timescale, he says he gets a serious look and they urge urgency.

He is clear he does not know what the event would be. Different people have suggested different things, including a pole reversal, an asteroid, or AI reaching a point where humans lose control of systems. His sources, he says, are constrained by national security oaths but believe the public has a right to know.

This remains rumor and secondhand reporting, not confirmed official disclosure. No public evidence has been produced that pins a specific UFO or non human event to 2027.

China’s infrastructure obsession helped turn a Himalayan hazard into a catastrophe for Nepal.

China has spent years carving highways and tunnels through one of Earth’s most fragile mountain systems. That means blasting rock, cutting slopes, removing vegetation and redirecting drainage, all activities known to increase landslide risk when poorly managed.

So when a colossal mass of ice, rock and mud suddenly collapses near an intensively developed Chinese border corridor, asking whether Chinese construction contributed to this tragedy is elementary risk analysis.

The glacial collapse may have been the immediate trigger. But China cannot claim every successful project as proof of Communist Party greatness, then blame Heaven whenever the mountain falls down.

Nepal deserves an independent investigation into Chinese blasting, slope modification, drainage disruption and environmental oversight.

China exported its infrastructure model across the Himalayas, and in the meantime have exported the deadly consequences to neighboring nations like Nepal.
