People saying we shouldn’t travel but Boris gave Portugal the go ahead as a green zone with no warning for amber! 😪

@chronomentary hi can someone call me urgently, my testing kit when I have tried to register is saying “kit ID not found” I have paid £120 for these testing kits and do not want to end up paying £175 more on same day tests because of this issue. I’ve got 1.5 days now till I fly.

@FirstChoiceUK I still haven’t received my refund credit to change my holiday and it says on your website I can only amend it free of charge up until 7 days before departure date which would be 31/05/20 !? What happens if I do not receive it before then

@FirstChoiceUK i haven’t received my refund credit and am expected to re book before 31/05/2020. I want to know if the new booking will be ATOL protected and if it is cancelled again I will receive a full refund or if in the small print somewhere it will not be refunded #covid19
