And remember when you were few, victimized in the land, and were afraid that men might kidnap you, but He provided a safe place for you, strengthened you with His Help, and provided you with good things so that you might be grateful.
Surah Al-Anfāl: 26
Oh see this?. By the way There those who are rich and they never flex?. Rich people don’t entertain Such loud and obnoxious nonsense you seem to exhibit!. Show us any meaningful Business you own that generates income that can help us entertain your nonsense 🤣
And remember your Lord within yourself, humbly and with fear and without loudness in words in the mornings, and in the afternoons and be not of those who are neglectful.
Surah Al-Aʿrāf: 205

For someone with decades experience with Gulf states who are the largest Oil producers in the world. I will take this statement as advice 001 and also last. Pure masterpiece.I have followed him for years and some of his predictions and warnings have all been nothing but the truth
1/2 The Dangote refinery is a game changer - with a disclaimer. It will make Kenya an energy hub. It will create jobs & save FX and create industry & investments. My worry is about the size. A 700k bpd refinery is massive. Regional demand and regional infrastructure will be key!
Lamu was the place to be as leaders and investors gathered for the groundbreaking of the Dangote East African Refinery. 🇰🇪
U.S.-supported infrastructure at Manda Bay helped connect Lamu to a major investment moment for the region.
Congratulations, Kenya! 🇺🇸🇰🇪 We salute the U.S. and Kenyan forces whose dedication, sacrifice, and partnership continue to strengthen security and open new doors to prosperity and growth.
And it is He who sends the winds, bearing good news of His coming grace, and when they have gathered up the heavy clouds, We drive them to a dead land where We cause rain to fall, bringing out all kinds of crops, just as We shall bring out the dead. Will you not reflect?
Presided over a community engagement forum at Serani Grounds in Mombasa County, bringing together members of the Cushitic communities for discussions on civic participation, access to public services and community development.
The forum featured registration desks for national identity cards and the Social Health Authority (SHA), attracting a strong turnout from residents.
I inspected the registration booths and witnessed the enrolment process firsthand.
In my address, I urged the Cushitic communities to participate actively in Mombasa's democratic processes by voting and fielding candidates to strengthen their representation in leadership.
I also called for greater unity and integration among communities as a foundation for social and economic progress.
Further, I highlighted measures and projects by the current administration, including the removal of vetting requirements for citizenship and travel documents, the Lamu–Mandera road corridor, affordable housing initiatives in Northern Kenya and the expansion of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) through SHA.
I also cited the reported registration of more than 32 million Kenyans under SHA and the disbursement of more than KSh200 billion to health facilities, supporting hundreds of thousands of surgeries.
I further urged leaders from previous Administrations to allow the political process to proceed without undue interference, while reflecting on the events surrounding the 2022 General Election and the political contestation at the Bomas of Kenya.
The forum was attended by host Governor H.E. Abdulswamad Sharrif Nasir, Mombasa Woman Representative Hon. Zamzam Mohammed, PS Ahmed Abdisalan (National Government Coordination), businessman Abubakar Ali Joho and Members of Parliament Hon. Mohammed Adow (Wajir South), Hon. Hussein Barre (Tarbaj) and Hon. Mohamed Abdikheir (Lafey), alongside security and National Government Administrative Officers (NGAOs).
For the first time since February 2013, I have bought a newspaper.
I wanted to read this article on why Kenyan graduates struggle to find employment, and it corroborates what I wrote on this channel yesterday and on X today morning.
I agree that WORKPLACE CULTURE and POOR COMMUNICATION are rightfully the most common weaknesses I experience in new employees.
I have no problem with employing them even when they are still naive, but they don't want to be mentored.
They don't want to be corrected.
If you correct them, they call you toxic.
They don't want guidance.
If you guide them, they say you are intimidating them.
They want to be pampered.
They think they know better, and they see the employer as ignorant.
They don't value the culture of discipline, commitment and hard work.
They want to be paid 1 million today, buy a car today, buy a house today and become rich now.
Some start betting their salaries with the assumption that it will triple overnight, and once they lose, their productivity at work stumbles.
No employer is patient enough to embrace this behaviour, because bills don't care about a misbehaving employee.
Mentoring them through capacity-building programs costs a lot.
Unfortunately, those who have been mentored well get poached by other employers with promises of better pay, so employers fear training them.
Colleges and universities have let us down.
Parents and families have let us down.
We are inheriting a burden that should have been offloaded by family, school and even religion.
Values, morals and ethics are inherited at home, school and even religion.
It is costly carrying this burden.
However, if you are looking for an employment opportunity, then strive to be different.
Be a person of Discipline, order, and Commitment.
Don't say, "Nowadays jobs are given through nepotism."
Even those who give jobs without merit will think twice about whether to let their companies collapse through irregular hiring or let them flourish through meritocracy.
Competition has never been easier.
Step out, push harder, knock more, be consistent; something will give.
Don't get tired.
Satan only wants to cause between you animosity and hatred through intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allāh and from prayer. So will you not desist?
Surah Al-Māʾidah: 91
