@AvantiWestCoast my train from Penrith to Euston today was so unbelievably crowded today I didn’t get to sit in my seat and had to stand for 4 hours in a carriage with no air con. Outrageous. Where can I claim for this?

@AvantiWestCoast hi I would like refund for my train tickets today from Euston to Manchester Piccadilly. Your cancellations due to staff not showing up caused major issues for me, and I was unable to get on another train due to cancellations.

@CrossCountryUK hi, I’m looking to get a refund for our tickets yesterday. We booked a train from Manchester Piccadilly to Reading (which terminated at Oxford) the whole journey was horrific, we were left sat on the floor of the lobby despite having seat reservations

@EastMidRailway awful service today. Reserved 2 seats on your 10:02 train to Sheffield as my friend is injured and you haven’t bothered reserving them. Now someone in our seats won’t move. Standing all the way, with an injury.
