@BoxBroadband friend isn’t on here but wanted to express how disgusted I am that he has signed up, moved into his home and has been left without internet. He has raised a complaint and was assured that a temporary 4g router would be posted through his door today, IT WASN’T!!

Hi @loveholidays how do I lodge a formal complaint relating to money owed to me and the fact my holiday was ruined due to the incompetence of the booking department? No one seems to be able to do anything so thought I’d ask here before the ombudsman.

@loveholidays do you think I can get some compensation for the hours I spent on the phone trying to sort out a room for us to stay in as we didn’t have one on arrival to our hotel ruining our first night, plus the refund owed for the money I paid to get us to the new hotel.

@Greenystone @NathRNath It’s not about being interesting enough or what condition/disease you have. Its a chance for medical students like myself to practice or learn anatomy from a real person, it’s such a unique was of learning without harming anyone in the process.
