@tescomobile The call I’m talking about never seemed to hit my phone as I have no record of that call on my call log and never left a voicemail. Is this a new thing as I’ve travelled to other non home from home countries and never been charged before?

Currently in Tunisia and been charged for phone calls that I haven’t answered but apparently because my phones rang @tescomobile will still charge me and that I should just put my phone on aeroplane mode which will then stop me getting important texts surely this isn’t right?!
