#edu310 Last week I had my first observation! I worked with a small group and we played a math game. All the kids loved it and my supervisor enjoyed the game my MT and I picked.

Last week the students have been learning how to write complete sentences. With their spelling words they had to write 5 different sentences. It was so fun to read them to see what they came up and how different they all were!

@edumissv The kids did great! At the end they were able to use the water hose to put out a ‘fire’ and my MT told them they had to be on their best behavior to participate!

#edu310 This week we went on a field trip to a fire station and learned all about fire safety! After my MT helped me with a lesson for my first observation next week!

#edu310 My students have been learning skip counting by 2s, 5s, and 10s. My MT had me work with students 1 on 1 to see if they have those different skills mastered or if they needed some help along the way.

#edu310 This week in my placement I noticed when the kids had quiet work time, they do not talk with the other students. They all get their work done quietly and independently. #secondgrade
