@SouthwestAir @SouthwestAir can’t even correctly cancel reservs now. We canc’ld to opt for rental. The next day SWA randomly rebooked us on a later flight. WTF. Finally got thru aftr 90mins. Shows cancelled & we aren’t flying yet still get msgs from SWA that we’re on a flght & to check in. 🤦‍♀️
