@Andy4B The law is against driving impaired, not against driving over .08. .08 is the point where you are statutorily impaired. You don't need to prove impairment, the impairment is a given at that BAC. At levels below .08, you must prove impairment.

@Bandlero @TrooperBenKs warnings don't change driver behavior. The warning clause in the law should have had a sunset provision built in. I get warnings only to educate people on a new law, but not warnings forever. A law with no consequences is no law at all.

@SteveSkojec I put 5mg of Creatine into my first cup of coffee every day. I lift weights like 3 days per week, but even if I slack on that, still do the creatine. I get mine from the grocery store, and its like $10 for 100 servings. Cheapest generic monohydrate is fine.

@9mmsmg When I was in the Air Force, 1999, an SP on another shift shot his M9 point blank into the interior door of our Jeep Cherokee patrol vehicle. Not even a dent on the outside panel. Was never found out until we blocked ammo a few weeks later and the missing round was noticed.

@5858Jack @cenkuygur Unfortunately FMLA doesn't require that it be paid leave. It's usually unpaid, it just keeps you from being fired while away. And for a lot of people, unpaid leave isn't a realistic option.
