विषय: AIESL प्रबंधन की हठधर्मिता के खिलाफ 13 दिन से जारी काम बंद आंदोलन के बाद अब 25 मई को नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय सीधा जाए गा।

AIESL के सैकड़ों इंजीनियर एवं टेक्नीशियन कर्मचारी विगत *13 मई 2026* से पूरे देश में शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से काम बंद कर विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। हमारी मुख्य मांगें हैं:

1. *अवैध छंटनी बंद हो* और सस्पेंड किए गए 20 लोगों को बहाल किया जाए।
2. *अनट्रेंड व अनस्किल्ड ठेका कर्मियों* से विमान का मेंटेनेंस बंद करवाया जाए।
3. *लेबर कमिश्नर के आदेश* के बावजूद रोके गए अनुभव प्रमाण-पत्र तुरंत जारी किए जाएं।
4. *वेतन विसंगति* दूर कर सभी कर्मचारियों को सम्मानजनक वेतन दिया जाए।

13 दिन बीत जाने के बावजूद* @AIESL_MRO प्रबंधन और नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने हमारी एक भी मांग पर सुनवाई नहीं की। सरकार और उसके सभी तंत्र सोए हुए हैं।

*विमान सुरक्षा से खिलवाड़ जारी है।* विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान @AirIndia के 4 विमान में फ्यूल नोजल लीक की गंभीर घटना हो चुकी है। इसके बावजूद अनट्रेंड लोगों से विमान ठीक करवाकर उड़ाया जा रहा है। यह सीधे-सीधे करोड़ों यात्रियों की जान से खिलवाड़ है।
इसी दौरान फ्लाइट संख्या AI 2802 के इंजन में आग लग गई जिसको आपातकालीन दिल्ली लेंडिंग करवाना पड़ा।।

*इसलिए मजबूर होकर हम आज, 25 मई 2026 को दिल्ली स्थित नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय जा रहे है पत्र देने ।

हमें मृत्यु स्वीकार है, गुलामी नहीं।

हम देश की जनता, मीडिया और सभी न्यायप्रिय संगठनों से अपील करते हैं कि विमान यात्रियों की सुरक्षा के लिए इस मुहिम का समर्थन करें।

गजब के भ्रष्टाचार @AIESL_MRO में ।

नियुक्त के समय 3 साल का 1.5 लाख के लिए शर्त लगाओ।
और इससे पहले अगर वह छोड़कर जाता है तो उसे कंपनी को पैसा देना होता है।
AIESL के प्रबंधक है ,जो मानव संसाधन अधिकारी है वह पैसा कंपनी के खाता में ना लेकर व्यक्तिगत के खाता में लेता है।
दिल्ली के क्षेत्रीय मानव संसाधन अधिकारी शीतल इंदौरा के द्वारा के द्वारा 23000 विक्रम सिंह से इसी तरह से लिया गया ।

इसके आगे कुछ नहीं कहे गे हम हैं । महिला का सम्मान करते है। सबूत लगा दिया

NATIONAL SECURITY AT RISK: The AIESL Management Expose (Part 3) 🚨✈️

While skilled technicians are forced to sit outside in protest, who is working on India's critical aircraft? Who is maintaining VVIP flights, DRDO military assets, corporate fleets like Reliance, and the commercial planes carrying millions of citizens?
The reality is terrifying. AIESL management is bypassing official channels to line their own pockets. They are creating custom positions just to bring back retired personnel, and flooding the hangars with unskilled freshers from third-party vendors (like SS Aviation, Groundworx) and specific colleges (like Thakur Institute, JRN Institute) without official vacancy notices.
Why? Because of deep personal ties, kickbacks, and massive commissions.
While aviation incidents are rising in India, management treats passenger and national safety like a joke. We are not bonded labor. This is an independent country, and we have the right to career freedom.
WE DEMAND IMMEDIATELY:
1️⃣ The resignation of the CEO and CHRO.
2️⃣ A full CBI Investigation into the higher-ups, third-party contracts, and college tie-ups.
3️⃣ Accountability for basic employee rights—even our mandatory 2-year uniform cycles have vanished into corruption.
The protest continues. The truth will not be silenced.

First, they refused to relieve employees citing a shortage of manpower.

Then, claiming there was excess manpower, they terminated several employees.

@AIESL_MRO is an organisation Making profit, earning money of #Permanent_staff is approximately 5 times higher than other #PSU, also more than 8 times higher than #FTE salary.
Whereas the salary of #Aiesl #FTE is lowest possible salary Available in any existing #PSU of india..
