Terrible experience at @Enterprise RDU airport with rude, racist manager (Dylan) who creates his own rules. Refused us a car despite valid documentation & traveling with 2 young kids. Worst customer service. Refused to listen to us. Walked off when I questioned the rules. Abysmal

Submitted a claim at the airport immediately after landing from a 24+ hour journey with 2 cranky babies and being told by YOUR agent that we will receive a call from @united - we’re still waiting for that call btw. What convention should I state for this negligence?

Terribly disappointed with @Avis at LAX airport. Such long lines even for so called “preferred” members. Only 2-3 reps working despite it being long weekend. Horrible. Kids, pregnant women, elders, all waiting for more than an hour on their feet. Never again booking with you.

@AmericanAir why offer an “Upgrade” to Business but you’re unable to refund/credit any prior payments made for the Economy ticket. Please don’t give ‘T&C’ nonsense as a reason. Never flying in this money hungry airline when there are better options for us frequent flyers.
