@RorikWanka By doing this, the Catholic church is disobeying the principals of marriage in 1 Corinthians 7. It goes as far to say that even if a believer has an "unbelieving" spouse, as long as the spouse desires to stay with you then you do not divorce them or deny them conjugal rights.
