A great wishlist - I'd also like to see a concerted effort to develop better vaccines particularly sterilizing vaccines.

If you are unwell with any winter virus or COVID-19, staying at home to recover is usually the best option.

Doing that also helps reduce transmission in the community. If you do need to go into an indoor setting, a well-fitting mask can help protect others around you.

@drseanmullen You mention PlusLife testing. Can't seem to find anything about it in the UK. How does it compare to PCR? I've been hoping that something more accurate than LFTs would become available.
