@easyJet absolutely disgusting customer service on the phone. On the phone for 1hour to have the phone call terminated. You have charged me more what I should be charged and now refusing to do anything about it

@virginmedia I’ve yet to hear back, just spent 29 mins on the phone to be cut off. I will have no option but to cut the cables myself so I can use my front garden again. No idea how many houses this will effect. I was told i would receive a call after 48hrs (this was on Thurs) still waiting

@virginmedia Like I said, I will allow 1 week. Your workman have entered my property, without permission, and caused damage. I am unable to use my garden until this is resolved so if things are not rectified in 1 week I will carry out the myself at a cost to Virginmedia

@virginmedia Done. Please call me on the mobile number provided. I will alllow you guys 1 week to rectify the damage caused failing that I will have to arrange the removal of the conduit myself and the returfing of my front garden. Both charges will then be passed to you guys
