@PerfectPits @RachelHorne19 It is rotated between right thigh, left thigh, and both sides of your mid abdomen, but to be honest, I rotate usually on a very loose basis, so maybe all thighs for a few months and then stomach for a while. Also in my personal experience the stomach is less pain than thigh!

I have been passed a copy of this secret message and with it, all the emails of the genocide protectors who signed it.

If you oppose the genocide you may want to write to them or send them a message on social media.

Obviously anyone who does this should be polite, avoid profanity and certainly keep within the law.

@GarNob MC1t form is the special application for medical card, backed by hospital consultant docs, for those terminally ill, deemed to have less than 24 months to live. It's activated very quickly online and it isn't subject to review like normal medical card.MNd is covered by it.

Every week it gets harder out there. We try to bring the children, elderly and rough sleepers to the front of the queue very quickly, but on nights like tonight when the rain was heavily pelting down, it was absolutely heartbreaking to see young children and parents without rain covers and drenched. There were lots of rough sleepers tonight and we gave out many sleeping bags, tents, hygiene bags, socks and just under four hundred meals. We really want to give a shout out to The Drunken Cookie, a cookie company that has started a campaign, that for every like that you give them, they will donate a cookie to a homeless service. Tonight, they donated 250 cookies to us. It is a brilliant initiative from a young girl. Please look them up and support their initiative.
We are always left feeling deflated after a night like this, seeing all the wet and tired people in need of sleeping bags and tents, families in need of help, vouchers, hampers and food. We never thought we would still be here when we started eight years ago, and we just hope that we can continue. We can’t do anything without your support. We feel humbled to have the support of the beautiful and welcoming Irish people. Have a lovely weekend.

@IverHanrahanGP @Rheum2improve From a lay perspective only, my restless legs are way worse when my ferritin gets v low. Peak symptoms when my level was btween 5-15-much improved now after 6 months of iron tabs (active iron) with ferritin on last test at 20. My hgb never went below "normal" level.
