My father's covid truenat test sample given to a private pathology at 12/05/2021 came positive at 13/05/2021 around 18:00hrs & his isolated from 12/05/2021 itself & did'n go anywhere from 12th of may.

Today i.e 18/05/2021 around 14:08 hrs a text msg delivered on my father's phone no. regarding his covid report stating that his "Anitgen test sample taken on 14/05/2021 is negative"
So how could his report for antigen test came positive when he did'n give any sample for such?
