My family is traveling by 01026 BUI–DR in 2AC & facing serious issues:
Long unscheduled halts → causing huge delays
AC not working, no attendant
Coach dirty, littered & unhygienic
Request urgent attention🙏🏼

Other concerns:
Fans don’t reach side berths (upper/lower) → very suffocating
No charging points on side seats, have to move to main bay always
AC vents don’t face upper berths, making it unbearable
This doesn’t feel like 2AC travel. Please intervene.

@jeev_sc @VishalBhargava5 Saki naka has a legacy. Thane doesn't and trust me travel to thane once in evening 6 to 9 pm anytime . U would rather want to be in saki naka .. 😂😂
