The board on the bus read, Delhi - Panipat - Ambala- Chandigarh. Why give tickets to only people going to Chandigarh? This is happening daily in Maharana Pratap ISBT kashmere gate.@DelhiPolice

I stood at ISBT to board an AC bus to Panipat, many busses came and went but did not allow me and other passengers for Panipat to board the AC busses, we asked very respectfully but the answer was AC service can not be provided to everyone @police_haryana @HRroadways @DGPHaryana

I requested a lot and finally decided to board a non AC bus, the Haryana roadways help line number 011-23861262 did not connect. None of the bus conductor or the personal issuing ticket helped. Is this the right thing to not allow a peasanger to board a bus with designated stop?
