🚨 Serious Public Safety Violation in Mumbai 🚨

Illegal digital hoardings installed on FOB (front & back) at Bandra East / Western Urban Rd without any visible permission, obstructing visibility & endangering lives.

This is a clear violation of:
⚖️ Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act 1888 (unauthorised structures)
⚖️ Motor Vehicles Act 1988 (road safety & obstruction)
⚖️ Indian Penal Code Section 283

Such structures on FOBs pose serious risk to pedestrians & motorists and reflect blatant negligence.

👉 Immediate action required:
✔️ Remove illegal digital hoardings
✔️ Verify permissions granted (if any)
✔️ Register FIR against owners/contractors
✔️ Fix accountability of officials involved
