Today 100s of FMGs reached @NMC_IND regarding the recent notice and various issues faced by FMGs.

Despite @NMC_IND has alloted non-teaching hospitals,the procedure is yet to be started.

More than 10,000 FMG doctors @amdindia1 are facing the impact of NMC's @NMC_IND decision to enforce a 3-year internship.

🅰️ Is the government @MoHFW_INDIA and NMC aiming for cheap labor without paying stipends ❓ This is inhumane. ‼️FMG doctors deserve fair treatment, including stipends at par with Indian medical graduates.

🅱️After the successful completion 12 months of #CRRI, @OfficeofJPNadda please issue the internship completion certificates let them get permanent registration and allow these doctors to do a senior house internship if necessary, with the pay of a senior resident in government services.

Sharing the thoughts of a member.

“To Dr Aruna v vanikar. I pity your knowledge and understanding of quality in medical education . You are just sitting as a frog in the pool and deciding the fate of medical education and health care.

Do you really feel that everyone with the MD degree in hand are intelligent and skilled enough to teach medical students. Do you ever had an idea how these degrees are gained in pre n para clinical subjects? Did you ever walked across the medical colleges of India and obtained the feedback of the medical students about the knowledge and practices of the medical faculty?

Do you know how many of the MD degree holders in the pre n para clinical subjects are having the knowledge and are really dedicated to impart their knowledge among the medical students?

In a medical College on an average about 6 to 7 faculty are from #MScMedicalPostgraduate background that too they are working in pre n para clinical subjects. How come this very percentage is effecting the medical education?

since generations they have been the part of this system contributed their best and produced many efficient medical graduates. How come suddenly medical education is getting effected by this percentage of the faculty? How come you are not aware that so called MD faculty are using their degrees only for head count for @NMC_IND inspection and #MScMedicalPostgraduates are the one taking the burden of teaching and running the academic schedules efficiently. If you know the value of education you never demean, disrespect other qualifications and degrees. Its 25 to 30 precious years of our life - studied, qualified and acquired every skill necessary to become a medical teacher required for the subjects. Contributed for the knowledge and skills of thousands of medical students who at present are well positioned in various sectors of health care.

If guru who gave the knowledge is unfit how come the student who gained knowledge from unfit guru becomes great, qualified.

If you are really for quality stop magnifying the things which really donot exist and do not create out of nothing. Concentrate on how to mend the lazy faculty who have the degree without knowledge, teach the responsibilities, commitment towards their profession. Make them understand that degree n position is to deliver knowledge and not just for giving marks n passing the students. In this way they are damaging the entire system.

Mind you they are not a part of taking classes, teaching skills mentoring the students they only appear during examination as assessors.

How come a person who never ever taught anything to the student is fit to be an examiner and on the other hand who is dedicated to his services as a medical teacher becomes not eligible? What kind of justice is this? What kind of ethics is this ? With this inhumane practice how can you dream of an improved efficient health care system. If you are really dedicated towards improving the medical education, health care system. Concentrate on innovation, implementation and proper working of the system. If every individual is dedicated, committed and sincere to one’s profession then the quality will be improved by default. For this you need not victimize one particular section or people. Making them suffer for no reason in absolutely unethical.

Mind you your baseless imaginations will take the life's of many individuals who served the system, are serving the system and are pursuing from the same system to be a part of the system. Stop the efforts of destroying your fellow being rather try effortlessly to be honest and contribute for the best.
