(9/11) My mother had all symptoms of COVID~ breathlessness,low SPO2 Level,very high fever, cold & cough, body aches, got admitted in Synergy Plus Hospital on 28th April at 1am.
No COVID test was done by the Hospital until 15 days fearing they would loose the patient.

(7/11) Mother's Body was oozing blood from Nose, Mouth so much that the entire body was in blood as it was kept in a very high temperature. Body had turned black such that it was difficult to identify and comprehend that the death happened on the same day or 4-5 days before.

2 different bills were raised for same patient,1 for Cash & another for Insurance. At 6:30pm(9hrs from death),cheque of 12 lacs had been taken from us apart from 1.9 lacs which they had asked for despite of Cashless policy, then only body was handed over to us.

(5/11) We made a complaint to local authorities at 5:30pm. This is when Hospital raised a bill.

Hospital bill - 15.5 lacs,
Medicines bill - 6.75 lacs that to when all the expensive injections & medicines and all surgical items were purchased from our pocket.

(3/11) without the final payment they would not even allow the body to step out of the Hospital. Frightened my family that the Hospital doesn't do any harm to my mother's body, with hands folded we pleaded Hospital authorities until 5:30pm (8hrs from the death of the patient)

(2/11)was handed over for catering to treatment expenses. We were told at 9:40am on 25 May'21 that she passed away during treatment. Repeated requests were made to hand over the body for final rights and somone from family can clear the bill in Interim, we were threatened & told
