Raising a serious concern. I was unable to change my boarding station because the IRCTC app kept failing with “session timeout” errors. I repeatedly tried contacting the railway helpline, but there was no response or support provided.
Due to this technical failure, I couldn’t update my boarding point on time. When I reached PNBE, despite having a confirmed ticket, the TTE allotted my seat to another passenger citing policy.
This happened due to app failure and lack of support, not my fault. I am a regular passenger and have paid full fare & taxes. This is very disappointing.
Kindly investigate and resolve this issue.
