The crackdown comes just days before PTI’s September 27 march, as authorities move against the party and its supporters ahead of the planned mobilisation.

Reuters, citing a spokesperson for the Punjab chapter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), reported that police arrested Aleema Khan, the sister of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, at her home in Lahore today.
