Is a network DDoS attack "honest" just because TCP/IP packets support it? Economic node policy is as much part of Bitcoin honesty as consensus is. Bitcoiners need to understand this before shitting on the people trying to prevent it (albeit in the wrong way).

@nickgiva1 Bitcoin is the global index of electric energy cost. You are conflating value with distribution. In your example 21M bitcoin = 2 houses regardless of distribution. With enough units distribution equalizes at optimal Pareto, far far better than the asymmetry of fiat.
@JNI_London@probnstat Satoshi knew that the protocol had to be set in stone in order for "honesty" to have meaning, and state reset would be highly disruptive, so he built Script as a way to offer custom predicates without inserting arbitrary axioms.
