@Rimalilyas I agree. It should not be black or white. Yes there are difficulties but one should hold their own and make a pre-application of goals and then abide by them and seek programs that will help you get to the goals.

Great session on PCI vs CABG at #AATS2021 - great comment by @ToDoenst on the durability of CABG - tell patients if they want to dance with their daughter at her wedding then get PCI, but if they want to have a coffee with their granddaughter then get CABG!
