#30DaysofGenealogy A family secret: I'm still searching for the fathers of a few people in my tree. A distant cousin was discovered after his passing - his father divorced his mother due to the cousin's health issues. The Victorian views held at the time both sad & shocking.
#30DaysofGenealogy My favourite stories will always be ones told by a much loved relative. The past came alive with tales of her father's wartime escapades & colourful recollections of village life growing up. I'd love to sit at her feet & listen to those stories one more time π
