So guys, lets do a #30DaysOfWellness challenge. For 30 days, we will all practice and share our progress. Doesnt matter if its 30-15mins of practice, just get on your mat and practice! I’ll be sharing wellness tips, Yoga poses breathwork flows as we proceed

When we’ve done fitness challenges in the past (ex: #30daysofwellness) the goal is to pick something sustainable for x amount of time - this case the time frame is the summer. For example “I want to workout 3 days a week” or “I want to run or bike 5 days a week”. It’s always 🔥🔥
