From meditating on the floor to mindful chores, new breathing techniques, and unexpected sensations—this stretch was full of experiments and small wins. Posture still challenges me, but I’m finding more peace along the way. On to Week 3!

I wasn't at the airport today.
I didn't go to a medical center neither.
I did my first own body scan ever though.
While meditating, of course.

Today, I meditated while doing chores around the house.
Staying mindful while multitasking felt like observing myself with all my senses.
There were many interruptions, but overall, it was a enjoyable session.
A good workout for the body & mind.

Meditation was challenging today as I tried a new breathing technique. My posture felt fine, but middle-back tightness lingered. Still, I had positive moments, noticing tension and relaxing joints, which brought some relief. Progress feels subtle.

Today's meditation was hilarious.
Testing new breathing technique, I laid down and felt more moving room for my belly.
Woke up after my session, realizing the position was more than comfortable, it was utterly ataraxic.
Lesson: Sleep isn't meditation!

I ended up meditating on the floor with thin pillows—a challenging setup for posture.
Despite the discomfort, I felt more focused today, with fewer “atom-like” thoughts bouncing around in my head.
A positive sign of progress?

Cold hands and wandering thoughts were my companions today. I felt oddly unfocused—even though sitting and breathing were my only tasks. Strange how simple it seems yet challenging it actually is. Guess it’s the process at work.

Sitting was the biggest challenge today—pain and numbness kept distracting me. On the bright side, my thoughts felt quieter than before, which made the session smoother overall. Small progress. I’ll take it!
Patiently waiting for my family to dive into their worldly activities so I can finally start Day 1 of #30DaysOfMeditation. Finding a quiet moment is half the challenge!

In the previous Post I mentioned not to start with a streak on the 1st .(Date)
But here I go , starting my #30daysofMeditation challenge.
Reason , because I do think of my work all the time , which is not at all healthy.

It is difficult to stay consistent with it.
So, start small to build consistency.
