I want need to a better job of setting clear expectations for my students. I make way to many assumptions. I want to challenge my students at the same time be helpful at the same time. #480chat

I want to get to know more of the quiet ones and learn more about their personal interests besides like “Fort Nite.” I’m thinking of doing a show and tell Flipgrid assignment. 💡 #480chat
