AA canceled my non-stop flight to PHL on Sat. Spent 4 hours trying to rebook. Now have long layover arriving 1 am. Had isle seat-now in middle. @AmericanAir supervisor hung up on me when I asked for an isle seat. Horrible customer service. Never flying AA again. #AAneveragain

#aaneveragain awful service. Our flight just got canceled with an offer to fly us out FOUR DAYS later!This was after a flight from hell just 6 days ago. Will never fly this airline again. #AmericanAirlines

Still at JFK, some help was provided but with no solutions. 7 hours of “working on it” apparently isn’t enough for @AmericanAir. Work faster. #aaneveragain

Had a wonderful trip until the end, where we were told that our flight was cancelled. We are 32 MINORS accompanied by 4 adults. We are still not recieving any new information! We have been waiting for 6 hours! We are not recieving any sort of assistance!#AAneveragain @AmericanAir

I am outraged and utterly disappointed with this company, the situation the American Airlines has put us in left me speechless. I never expected such a poor attitude from the American Airlines. #shameonyou #AAneveragain #AmericanAirlines

I am stranded in the JFK airport for more than 5 hours, starving, sitting on the floor and with no proper information provided. Disappointed to see how 32 minors and 4 adults do not get the minimum attention required. Rudimentary organization,depressing.#aaneveragain @AmericanAir
