Looks like the quality of service by @ACTFibernet in Chennai has gone down drastically. Either it's slow internet, or uploads won't work, or it's simply down. Support agent just says "saar the server is down we are working on it". Time to switch ISP 🤔 #actfiber #Chennai

Dear @ACTFibernet - I have raised disconnection request yesterday as installation did not happen properly and internet was down most of the days. Yet no one is calling back for refund process. My money is getting wasted . Please check - SR10369781424612 #ACtFiber #broadband

Most of the #Broadband ISPs in #Chennai are down. For all the marketing they do, none of them have any customer service. Numbers switched off, no ETAs & angry local staff. Wonder if @TRAI is even bothered about the customers suffering. #hathway #airtel #JioFiber #actfiber

#ACTFiber is the worst service provider in Chennai and Technicians are irresponsible…it been more than 2 days still Issue is not resolved, not even single person visits the site and also not responding to the calls don’t waste your money on #ACT @ACTFibernet
