#ADREAM is an important mHSPC trial evaluating treatment interruption from ADT/ARPI after 18 mos for PSA <0.2, resume for PSA>5 or other progression. At 18 mo off treatment, 67% recovered T and 41% were still off ADT/ARPI with T recovery. Median 24 mo off treatment!
These patients do well and time off treatment is huge for QOL compared to indefinite T suppression. Long-term outcomes will be important to guide risk/benefit discussions. Kudos to @ALLIANCE_org for trials that make patients lives better.
