In his keynote address this morning, Dr. Ojambo Robert, a lecturer at @kyambogou discussed the topic “𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: 𝐀 𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐦𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬” under the theme “Ideals of parliament”.
