2. **Buyer Commitment**: Buyers initiate a vault by committing to the asking price (e.g., $20). No upfront payment is required, just a 1$ for vault imitating fees and a serious intent to purchase.
3. **Progressive Deposits**: Buyers deposit funds incrementally into the vault. The NFT remains locked until the full amount is paid, at which point it transfers to the buyer, and funds release to the seller.
4. **Flexible Exit Options**: After depositing let’s say 35% of the commitment, buyers can:
- **Renounce** the vault, reclaiming their deposit minus a small APR-based fee (prorated for time held), protecting sellers from frivolous commitments.
- **List the vault for sale**, allowing another buyer to take over the position, creating a secondary market for in-progress deals.
5. **Completion**: Once fully funded, the smart contract automates the swap—NFT to buyer, funds to seller—ensuring trustless execution.
