If @USCIS could do its basic job, I wouldn't be filing two #APDelay lawsuits today with @BaniasLaw. Yet, USCIS continues to have insane delays on these so here we are. These forms take 16.8 MINUTES to do, but USCIS processes them in 25.5 MONTHS at TSC. Be better @USCISDirector

Drafting an #APDelay lawsuit for a client. The processing time for Advance Parole for Texas back in March was 14 months. Now this... Keep in mind, it takes only 16.8 minutes to adjudicate I-131s (and I think that is long for most 485 based AP). #WhyWaitLitigate

The Renewal Case to End all Renewal Delay Cases - a thread. Renewal delay cases (so called “mandamus cases” for renewals) are devastating. Because the noncitizen already has the benefit (e.g. work authorization), when it lapses, the whole family suffers from the loss. /1

Unless you are in removal proceedings, you pose a national security concern, or you present an "egregious" public safety concern, if @USCIS approves your AOS based EAD, it "should" approve your AP. #AOS #apdelay

So, in 2010, it was cost effective and convenient to issue combo cards, but in 2022, it stopped being cost effective and convenient? #AOSdelay #APdelay
