@scribe_anjali pls visit the green belt of Sector 105 & 108 as well. You will be shocked to see the rampant felling of trees by plot owners in the Green Belt opposite #ATSoneHamlet. Raised this issue multiple times with @noida_authority _authority and @dmgbnagar but nothing has happened to date.

Since Jan 2023, #ATSONEHAMLET Sector 104, #Noida has been denied stable power by #PVVNL. The Sector 129 SubStation now feeds 5 connections on our *exclusive* 33KVA line. Result: Breakdowns from 20 to 46 hours in a month, fluctuation of electricity, generator dependence,

Since Jan 2023,#ATSONEHAMLET Sector 104,#Noida - has been denied stable power by #PVVNL. The Sector 129 Sub station now feeds 5 connections on our exclusive 33KVA line. Result: Breakdowns from 20 to 46 hours in a month, fluctuation of electricity, lift malfunction, generator usage, appliance breakdowns. An ill-fitted lid on the manhole, creates a gap large enough for anyone to trip fall & get hurt (Loc: Janpath Nr Gate 2 of #ATSOneHamlet & close to #LotusPanache). On this very stretch, a Lotus Panache resident has lost his precious life to a freak accident during morning walk.
