“Manager” Marvin promised to escalate me to another manager, then left me on hold for +30 minutes until I had to hang up. That’s not an escalation Marvin, that’s hoping I go away. @ATTHelp @ATT is this how you treat customers and promise ‘to make it right’? #ATTFail

Goodfight vs. AT&T

Paid for extension, got @ATT SMS confirmation, still lost my 10+ year number to premature recycling. This isn't oversight — it's systemic. Real stories piling up. @karlbode @StopTheCap: ready to dig in? Share if you've been hit! #ATTFail #PhoneNumberRights

@BBB_US @ATT ignored my paid extension + their own SMS confirmation and prematurely reassigned my 10+ year mobile number. Documented deception and poor customer treatment. This deserves a strong BBB complaint spotlight. Evidence available. #BBB #ATTFail

@DonaldJTrumpJr Don Jr @ATT stole my 10+ year number after I paid for extension + got their official SMS confirmation it would stay active. Then they gave it away. Big Telecom screwing regular Americans while splashing millions on #SuperBowl ads. Swamp behavior. Help me! #ATTFail

@ATT pressured by an AT&T sales rep to move my personal lines to a business plan,I told them I have no reception. Now stuck with worse service and told I need to pay extra for a Cell Boost Pro. Terrible. Should’ve stayed with @TMobile. Better reception. Better service. #ATTFail

@ATT 2 days without internet thanks to @ATT @ATTHelp. My wife couldn’t work, my son’s school project was disrupted, & their “resolution team” refused fair compensation. Poor service + zero accountability. #ATTFail #InternetOutage #CustomerExperience

T&T promised 500 Mbps fiber but never delivered above 250 Mbps. Technicians admitted service limits, yet billing continues despite my repeated disconnect requests. Unacceptable from a major telecom. Demand accountability! #ATTfail #ConsumerRights #Telecom #CustomerExperience

For over a year @ATT has billed me for a fiber service that NEVER worked. Promised 500 Mbps, technicians admitted >250 is impossible. Service was never usable, yet billing continues even after disconnect requests. This is extortion. @FCC must act. #ATTfail #ConsumerRights

Wow @ATT we get a whole $5 credit per account on your AT&T Wireless bill. When we woke up and had no service for HOURS! We couldn’t even contact EMERGENCY services! #attfail #ATT

I don't think we need to fear AI taking over the world, judging by AT&T'S automated help desk/chat/phone system. #ATT #ATTFail

@Uverse @ATT @ATTHelp Talking to your tech & customer service is really frustrating, and really unhelpful and are unwilling to take care of this issue today, and now it’s scheduled for Wednesday… this frustrating. #attfail #fail #horribleservice #horriblecustomerservice

@ATTHelp @Uverse @ATT @ATTHelp You guys finally installed a new gateway yesterday and didn’t complete the job, and broadband/tv is down… and can’t be addressed until Monday, what kind of incompetence is this? #attfail #fail #horribleservice #horriblecustomerservice #incompetence

Just had a frustrating experience with @ATT -traded in my old phone, but the promised credit of $700 hasn't been applied to my account. Despite reaching out multiple times, the issue still hasn't been resolved. Seeking resolution and compensation for my time and expenses #ATTFail

@ATT Okay AT&T...you win, I totally lose! After 1:43 (an hour and 43-minutes) I am hanging up...I have things I have to do today. That is unacceptable. #ATT #ATTFail #CustomerService 👎

My mother is 85 and a retired AT&T employee. AT&T disconnected her phone line on Saturday when they were to only disconnect the internet. 4 days no with no phone service. Nice way for @ATT to treat former employees. #ATTFail #Fail @ATTHelp
