On clinicaltrials, they claim that 1459 participants were randomized and 1432 received the drug !
Ok, more details. So, #Activ6 investigators have data not collected on 46 participants FOR THE PRIMARY OUTCOME of ivm 600 arm.😱
This didn't happen in the ivm 400 arm.
What is the time between symptom onset
and receipt of drug for those, we don't know.

I bet the issue comes from the fact #Activ6 investigators rushed the publication of results of their trial before publication of #prinicipletrial which had a slightly better protocol and positive result on primary outcome.

They tried to recrute late stage patients (like #Activ6 trial) to hide positive results, but, even if the treatment was delayed compared to molnupiravir/paxlovid RCTs, they kinda failed, and then tried to hide significant positive data.

The answer about #activ6 investigators is CORRUPT, because the answer was in the literature they referenced as rationale for dosage.

2/ They especially specify that drug should be taken on an empty stomach, knowing from Krolewiecki et al. that this is the key factor that lead to low levels of mean IVM plasma concentration, thus the less chance of seeing an antiviral effect.
