When unassailable forensic evidence is bearing THE TRUTH at everyone's face, to deny that truth and still reward the transgressor & the transgression by penalizing the victim just because the transgressor is a female & the victim is a male, it's #Adharmic and barbaric.
This isn't how civilized society should function.
I'm not saying that the victim male can only be a loving Dad to his biological offspring, he can certainly be a loving Dad to an adopted kid but that adoption should be voluntary and forced especially when he cheated into believing otherwise.
I hope the pursuit of #Dharma is at the core.
I can understand that our Judges & Courts are possibly looking at this from the child's point of view because the child is always the victim regardless of who is at fault and safeguarding the child's future should also be at the core of settling such disputes.
The court should seek the biological father of the child and bring that person into the conversation to make that person pay for the child's welfare because the female transgressor who committed the illicit transgression may take the victims money & then go to live with the biological father of the kid possibly even without marrying further victimizing the ex husband.
And this judicial system is proud of it..
