My successful deliveries are from UPS, USPS, etc. (professionals). But these independent folks seem to be "random dude with a car" trying to deliver to a business address outside 8 to 5pm hours. Frustrating!

Just today, a package that has been floating around within a mile of my address for 5 days was returned as undeliverable. In the last 3 days I've had 3 other Amazon packages delivered to exact same address.
Be careful with @amazon . Their "guaranteed delivery" is not a guarantee at all. They doubled down with two customer service reps telling me "guaranteed" really means "estimate". #AmazonLies #AmazonDeliveryFail #BadService
