I have to say, after been a customer of @O2 for over 20 years I have never ever been so appalled by their customer service as I am at the moment. Anybody looking to move to @O2 I would 100% think twice. #O2 #appalingcustomerservice #corporatebullies

Day 6 of no cases, and the best that @KLM_UK can come up with is, your bags were in Rome yesterday morning and we’ll let you know if something happens, plus we now can’t get on to their bag tracker as it’s over 5 days! #appalingcustomerservice

Try to change my @easyJet flights, (apparently for free) then the page freezes, you log back in and they up the price by £300! #disgusting Call...now on hold for 30 minutes. #appalingcustomerservice

I am so disappointed in the customer service at @VirginTrains . Journey back from St Andrews. Carriage rammed. People standing for 6 hours. No seats available. AND no compensation #NeverAgain #appalingcustomerservice #disappointed
