@BritishGas hi, I recently had my electricity and gas meters updated by yourselves. I also had a new smart meter fitted. I was asked for meter readings a few days ago and have discovered that the smart meter reads “not commissioned”How do I get this looked at?

I have tried to apply for a new card but received a reply saying I already had one. Then when I try to apply for a replacement it says it can’t find my details.
We appreciate mistakes can happen, but unfortunately there are more reports of flags being taken home.

So, it’s now 12 days since @KLM_UK lost out bags en route to our @CelebrityCruise no sign or indication of when we will if ever see our bags again. Their system says they are in Rome but nobody can find them. You couldn’t find two companies who care less?
@KLM_UK’s version of customer service. Because they think it’s in Rome the case is closed. The reason I know it’s not in Rome because me and my wife searched through a mountain of “lost” bags for two hours this morning. Shambolic airline.

7th day of our cruise, still no sign of our cases or any update from @KLM_UK.

@KLM_UK I am today travelling back home from Rome. Still without our cases 11 days since we arrived. They are not in Rome waiting for us as you promised Would love to know what you are going to do to get my cases back to me. AWFUL AWFUL AIRLINE.
@MaureenBurn @KLM_UK @KLM_UK your customer service is a disgrace! You've got the luggage, why is it so difficult to get it delivered to one of the ports on the itinerary. We're talking Europe, not Australia...surely it's not that difficult!!!
Day 6 of no cases, and the best that @KLM_UK can come up with is, your bags were in Rome yesterday morning and we’ll let you know if something happens, plus we now can’t get on to their bag tracker as it’s over 5 days! #appalingcustomerservice
@KLM_UK Frankly insulting, The fact that you need to break open our cases to find out who they belong to. Makes a complete mockery of your “system”. Finally I now find after 5 days I can’t access your worldwide baggage tracker. Your company are an utter joke, I will never ever use your..
