@Audi unacceptable customer service: our Q7 breaks down due to known electronic failure issue, and car is towed to dealership and fix takes 4 weeks? Dealer tells us corporate is well aware of this dangerous issue but refuses to offer loaners or reimburse for rentals #audifail

@Audi Thoughts: 1. The car is dangerous! It failed repeatedly in traffic after 10 days. 2. Your cust service is awful. 90 mins on hold, chat down, only to be told it takes 8 weeks to get a reply! 3. Your actual service is terrible! 10 days old, car in shop for 21 days! @Audi #audifail

Only popped into Audi Manchester for my car MOT and brake fluid change a week ago and they break my A7 black edition. Faulty computer apparently after a software update. Still not fixed, so I’ve got to wait another week? Seriously? @JardineAudi @AudiUK @AudiUKCare #AudiFail

I’m not impressed that’s it’s taken me 15mins to de-ice my car every morning this week. My #FordFiesta & it’s wonderful heated windscreen was clear in seconds! #AudiFail #FirstWorldProblems 👎🏼
