I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company before. It has led me to create a twitter profile to shame a company. Something I would rather not do, but I don't want anyone else to suffer. Beware when booking with @opodo #AvoidOpodo
#Opodo are sitting on millions of £s of customers money 6 months after the majority of flights around the world were cancelled. Incompetence or survival? Are they waiting for exhausted consumers to give up? #avoidOpodo
Word of advice - do not book any travel with @Opodo_FR they take your money & provide zero Customer Service when things go wrong #avoidopodo
You book a flight through @Opodo_UK and show up at the airport to be told that your ticket was never confirmed.... Shambolic. Opodo, you are a complete scam. #avoidopodo
@Goldcar @goldcarESP Highway robbery by goldcar rental in Malta. Overbooked and no car available. The staff at their airport desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. The guy calling himself a manager, Michael Sammut has no respect for customers. #avoidgoldcar #avoidopodo
@Skyscanner Please remove the Opodo link from your website. Just been conned out of £50, not happy #avoidopodo
