I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company before. It has led me to create a twitter profile to shame a company. Something I would rather not do, but I don't want anyone else to suffer. Beware when booking with @opodo #AvoidOpodo
#Opodo are sitting on millions of £s of customers money 6 months after the majority of flights around the world were cancelled. Incompetence or survival? Are they waiting for exhausted consumers to give up? #avoidOpodo
