@British_Airways you have canx my KL flight (4 people in total on 2 separate bookings) and the only alt option is a connecting flight via one world (qatar) but Malaysia airlines are part of the oneworld alliance and this isn't offered? No option to rebook for a different location

@British_Airways please can you start doing your BA holidays from other airports in the North.... there is a lot more people outside of London!! Going on my 3rd one in 3 days.... but the website makes it so hard to book from MAN,GLA or NCL. Help appreciated #baholidays #northGB

@British_Airways I actually got a response, from a person.. I mean you did downgrade me, delay me, overcharge me, not honor any of the Silver Exec club perks. Have you got your act together? 🤡 Meanwhile @Avis have made multiple promises and done nothing. 💩🤡 #BAHolidays

@British_Airways At the boarding gate Heathrow T5, discovered I haven’t got my daughter’s passport! BA weren’t able to guide leave. And whenfinally got to a transfer desk, they were unable to rebook outr flights as we booked via BA holidays and the office is closed! #BAHolidays

Spent the last 90 minutes on hold and being bounced from one person to the next without resolving anything. Poor customer service from @British_Airways #BAHolidays Hopefully they respond to social media better?! 😡😡 I would love some assistance and help!
