Baloch Students Action Committee The public library in Dera Murad Jamali (Teepul), Naseerabad, was constructed in 2018 under the provincial development scheme, viewed as a progress project for the region. However, after its management was transferred to the social welfare department, the library began to deteriorate critically. Due to major neglect of its core responsibilities by authorities, a shortage of staff such as security guards and peons has resulted in the theft of books and essential equipment. Additionally, in Naseerabad's scorching climate, the lack of air conditioning, electricity, and solar backups has made it nearly impossible for students to study. The unavailability of books, Wi-Fi, and basic resources like water, electricity power, and staff has effectively left the library in ruins. Students have approached district authorities and library management about the library's critical condition, but no substantial action has been taken. Students demand that these issues be addressed immediately. The organisation makes it clear that if these issues remain unattended, students will be forced to take strict actions to protect their educational rights and the organisation shall remain in support of the students for the library campaign.
